By using Carbeam, a legal contract is formed between you and the Company. Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Rybalka Software. You indicate that you understand and agree to these Terms, and are of legal capacity to enter into a contract.
If you don’t agree to these Terms, you may not use Carbeam.
When you create a Carbeam account, you must provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.
We care about protecting your security and make every effort to ensure your data is kept safe. You agree to keep your password safe and be responsible for all use of your account and password. You agree not to share your password with any third party and to notify us immediately if you learn of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account so that we can take swift action.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You will be charged for your subscription on the first day of each billing cycle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You can cancel your Carbeam subscription at any time. Your account will be downgraded automatically at the end of the last paid billing cycle.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with The Service, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Owner.
The Company constantly changes and improves the Service. The Company may add, alter, or remove functionality from a service it provides to you at any time without prior notice. The Company may also limit, suspend, or discontinue a service provided to you at its discretion. If the Company discontinues a Service, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Owner.
The Owner has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Owner shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Your use of the Service is solely at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS'' and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription (without refund) and prevent you from using our Service if you breach any of these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination.
